Most Wanted vs Mugshots
The Citizen Connect Most Wanted page is not the same as a jail mugshot roster. A most-wanted entry may show a photo, age, race, sex, wanted-for reason, height, weight, and reporting instructions. It is a public law-enforcement notice, not proof that the person is currently in the Duplin County Detention Center. The page warns not to approach wanted persons and to contact authorities.
